Details

A traceparent header's value, which links a request to its trace.

Use it to pass a trace to or from another service, or read it from a request. For each part alone, use TraceId and SpanId.

TraceParent(raw) checks the text, and text that isn't one breaks the format rule.

text.parse(raw, as: TraceParent) reads one from text that comes from outside. Text that isn't one at all fails malformed.

Good to know

== tells you whether two are the same. < and list.sort_by don't take it.
