HsCode
On this page
A customs code for a kind of goods: six to ten digits, such as 090111 for coffee.
Use it on customs declarations. For your own product code, use Sku.
Shape
One value, held as text in one set form, with no parts: 8471300000.
Example
HsCode("090111")HsCode(raw) checks the text, and text that isn't one breaks the format rule.
text.parse(raw, as: HsCode) reads one from text that comes from outside. Text that isn't one at all fails malformed, such as 0901, 0901.11 or 000111.
Good to know
- Write it with no dots. It keeps a leading zero.
==tells you whether two are the same.<andlist.sort_bydon't take it.
In JSON
A string, in a request, a response or json.write:
"090111""8471300000"
